How does it work?
1. Contact Us
Complete the form below with project details and any relevant photos or files, or contact us directly via WhatsApp.
2. Get a Quote
We’ll send you a quote and an invoice via email, where you can pay securely by card, bank transfer, or PayPal (no account needed). Pay upfront for a 10% discount, or pay when the work begins.
3. Project Commencement
Once payment is confirmed, we begin working on your project. We'll keep you updated throughout. Final documents will be sent in PDF format, usually within 2 weeks, with Building Regulations approval guaranteed.
4. Submission
We submit your planning and building control applications to the local authority and represent you until a decision is reached. You only cover the application fees paid directly to the council, or we can manage the payment for you at no extra cost. After approvals, construction can begin!
5. Feedback
We value your feedback and collect reviews on Trustpilot to ensure quality service. Your input helps us improve and deliver exceptional results.
